Below are the frequently asked questions by our clients. If you have a specific question not answered here shoot us a quick email 🙂

Q:Do I have to stay at the property the entire time while the cleaning crew is present?

A: We do not need our client present the entire time of service. All we need is our client to be present to open the property at the beginning of the service date and time. Or entry code, if client can not be present on day of service.

Q: Do utilities have to be turned on to service the property?

A: Yes we need at least water and electric to be on at the property at the time of service. Please confirm these services are on prior to our arrival, as a cancellation fee may apply.

Q: How do I know when the crews will be finished?

A: Superior Make Ready offers a courtesy call 30-45 min prior to crews completion, for a proper client walk through. Just let us know if you would like a reminder.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We process all our payment electronically. If booked online credit card is required to complete the booking. If booked over the phone please provide credit card info at time of call.

Q: Do the crews bring their own equipment?

A: Yes all our crews have their own equipment to service the properties. Including chemicals, tools to complete the service (vacuum, brooms, mops etc). Unless there is a specific chemical or equipment that you would like them to use on an area of service just add it to the comments on booking form :).
